) Collections & Payment
The Society Members will receive various collection request in the Timepay - Smart Society app itself where they would have an option to make the payment within the application or prefer to use the traditional method of handing over the cheque/cash. The Society Members will have option to choose from various modes of payment so that the members are at ease of making pending payments to the society. The collections can vary from monthly maintenance to contribution for festivals and any ad-hoc fines/fees required by the society as per requirement.
2) Documentations
The Society Members will receive all the documentation, MoMs, Notice document in the Timepay - Smart Society app itself where they would have an option to view the documents. These documents will remain in the application till the expiry set by the Society Authorizer. They would also have an option to upload their documents which they wish to save on the application.
3) Announcement & Notices
The Society Members will receive all announcement and notices in the Timepay - Smart Society app itself. The Society Members will not have to see the society notice board for any kind announcement or notices since they would see all these details in the mobile app itself.
4) Helpdesk
The Society Member will be able to raise helpdesk ticket for various complaints within the Timepay - Smart Society app. They would also be able to raise request for NOC letters. And all this they would get in the mobile application without the need to meet the Society Authorizer personally.
They would also be able to view the status of the complaint/request raised by them and if the issue is not resolved within stipulated time, they would be able to track that as well.
5) Pending Bills
The Society Member will be able to view all pending bills at one place and at the same time pay those pending bills in timely manner in the Timepay - Society App. The pending bills will vary from the maintenance bill to electricity, gas, postpaid bills etc.
6) My Profile
The Society Members will be able to manage their profile and also manage their flats in multiple location, parking and groups in the same application without the need to visit the society personally to execute the pending payments or any society related work.
